Providing incorrect account information

Question

Hello. I have been transferring my account information for 5 months to get my account back. And I get this response. *Our verification did not confirm that you are the owner of this account*. I can't get my account back, it's just ridiculous. Please help me with this issue from the higher authorities.

Tanki Online support team usually ask 11-12 questions related to the account to confirm if it's your account.
These can include images of receipts, history or older nicknames, country and city played from, previously and original linked email addresses and dates last logged in/account creation date.

Now these are information only the real account owner can provide (even approximate dates are valid for such cases).

I am not saying that you are not the owner but if Tanki Online support is refusing your request then either:
A) You have given wrong information because you may have forgotten exact dates or other crucial information, OR

B) You are not the real owner and only providing some proof which you might have gotten from other players/previous owner.

The support team can not just randomly give a  player an  account if the information they want to hear are not heard, this is to protect the players account and prevent fraud. Hope you understand!

My best advice is - try to remember the best answers to the questions they previously asked. Make sure you are 100% confident, then send another request again.

If the technical support itself can't help with with that matter nor can prove you are the owner of the account, we as players cannot do anything. I suggest you to remember information of your account, maybe you even store the information needed on a notepad. Try to remember the exact details they ask, if not, nothing can be done.

I have sent information 10 times. I have no false debts. I have been playing on this account for 14 years. I just get scammed every time, and I have all the evidence.

Unfortunately, the final decision is only made by the technical support team. Re-try again, maybe this time you will provide the necessary information.

you must had the email linked to it right? use that email, if you can't login to that email, mention it was hacked
i myself got scammed but got my account back,

I have the email address for the account and I even changed the password for the account. But I can't log in because 2-factor is enabled. And I write to the technical team and they ask me for information. The account is an old account and I tell them what I remember. They say I'm wrong. I can't explain it to them.

We are very sorry to hear that, unfortunately only Tech support has the highest authority regarding unblocking of accounts. All I can suggest is try another time and explain your issue in detail.
