How can I get the account?

Hello. My account was stolen and I lost the email address for the account. I found the email again and changed the password for the account. However, I can't log in because the thief added 2-factor authentication. I have submitted the information I remember many times and they say I am wrong. It has been over a year. How can you help me?

By doing what the message states: Contact help@tankionline.com and explain your problem in as much detail as possible. In order to confirm that you are indeed the real owner of the account, you'll have to answer a set of security questions, such as when you created your account (rough estimate is enough), what you purchased in the game (in case you did attach the receipts), your IP adress and a couple more. Once that is done, you should be able to get your account unblocked.

Hello,
So it seems you have the original email that was linked to your account but you must have forgotten some key details about your account (such as created date, old nicknames etc.) I feel like your account was probably stolen and someone has added a 2FA to it.

The best option you have here is to remember the key details of your account. I am sure when you contacted Tanki support (help@tankionline.com) they asked you a series of 11-12 questions to prove you are ethe rightful owner. So try to remember the approximate but correct dates and answers to these questions. Also provide them with any receipts you have have of any real money purchases made.  Unfortunately only support can help with such requests, so you need to talk with them. Additionally tell support that someone had added the 2fa and your account was stolen.

I managed to find the person who stole the account and got the two-factor authentication code from them. When I logged into the account, it showed this message:Audemar!Your account has been blocked for violating the game rules İf you believe this is a mistake please contact help@tankionline.com.Now how can I get my account back?
