Patch Update #832 - Released 4th June 2026

 

List of Changes:

  • A Support section has been added to the Settings menu, providing access to the new technical support website with authorization.

    • (Note) We are developing a new technical support website where we can assist you without the need for email communication. Access to this site works via a QR code with an embedded authorization token. You will not need to log in separately; simply scanning the QR code with your phone will suffice. The site is still a work in progress. In the future, we plan to send you notifications directly in the game when you receive a response from technical support.

  • A final achievement has been added to Steam for obtaining all existing achievements.

This is actually a REALLY good update, I have seen many players asking about the tech support of Tanki Online and their email address and how to contact them.

For years I wanted to have a system that makes it easier for players to communicate and receive the support, I think adding a specific sections to the website would be good like:

1) Account issues (includes everything from stolen accounts/ garage issues/nickname issues /internal problems regarding it)
2) Issues with payment (payment methods or refunds etc)
3) Issues regarding something from the administration/bugs/server
4) Issues regarding other players or complaint registtration
5) Other issues

Also adding a rating screen (rating the support out of 5 stars) after the players request is filled.

Just a question though, will Tanki support still be replying through the email ? or is the website the only way of communication ?

That's what i was coming to say. Instead of a qr code, put sections and then redirect the player to that new website or better... a direct chat in-game like many websites but now inside of game
