Constantly getting the "Connection closed by server" Message, please help.

Well like the title says I've been getting this message all the time. I've deleted my cache used firefox instead of IE and still the same message, I'm trying to play from Ohio, USA. PLease help I really want to play this game again. :(

Do you get this message consistently at the moment you are logging into a server or randomly in different situations? If the former, you could be falsely blocked by the anti-cheat system and should contact the technical support team via help@tankionline.com, they'll check the logs and unblock you.

Do you get this message consistently at the moment you are logging into a server or randomly in different situations? If the former, you could be falsely blocked by the anti-cheat system and should contact the technical support team via help@tankionline.com, they'll check the logs and unblock you.

Whenever I try to log in but when my friend logs in from England it allows him to log in and play, I have no idea what is happening. :(

Going offline have things to do but would love it if somebody replied, I really used to like this game but can't play because of this problem, thanks in advance.

Have you tried to clear the Flash Local Storage (click "Delete all websites" there)? Clearing the web browser cache also would not be superfluous.

If this does not help, you probably have some kind of connectivity problem. Did you change something in your internet connection setup recently?

That didn't work but my connection speed has gone down to 1MB/S for some strange reason that's probably the problem thanks for trying to help.

It wasn't sharing it was a test to see if my account had been banned.

Than you may try to use another browser. What browser you use? If IE - change it.

Also you may try to clean your browser cashe and cookies.
