Server shut down - no crystals paid

I was playing Highland about 10 hrs ago and the destroyed limit was 999. I had destroyed about 350 tanks and I was in second place to another player who had destroyed about 390 tanks. The third place player had destroyed about 250 tanks and the rest of the players were trailing far behind with less than 100 destroyed tanks each. The battle fund was around 900 crystals and I was well on the way to getting a big reward when the server shut down. It took me about 2 or 3 hours to get into a great position and then I was shut out without getting any crystals. Is there any way to get about 200 crystals credited to my account?

i already have battles that i stayed long and was winning,them somethin happen,but was just 1 time and i missed scrren,that why i dont even commented about that...for now,but thers no proof xD

yestarday i lost crystals too there was error with global hosts of tanki

50-40 mins before restart server and web were down and i lost around 700-800 crystals battle fond was around 4000

and when i spoke to one of community menegers he said that even with all screens and videos no one will give me crystals back

 

so advice to you just deal with it

Thanks for your comments. No I don't have a screen shot or any other proof. It's happened to me before but not when I've had so much time invested. I'll just have to be careful in the future about choosing a long game around that time of day - because the server connection seems to always shut down around that time of day. Anyway I did pick up about 100 crystals off of the ground while I was playing - so it wasn't all bad. :-)

yeh well i got few gold boxes too

but point is that menegment of TO must care more about his customers

if im 21 and in can deal with few lost hours and few houndred crystals belive me kids wont feel same about this thing

i would be realy gled if tanki menegment will somehaw make new support group hwo will check this kinde of crystal loose problems

Yes M1A Abrams - hopefully Tankionline2 will correct the problem. Anyway I still don't want to play on long games anymore.
