Not giving me crystals after game

Hello, I started playing this game about 4 hours ago (really fun btw). But about 50% of the time, when I finish a game, it does not give me the crystals I have earned. For example, I got like 50 in my last game, but when it ended, it did not add them. I would like some help if possible. Thank you for your time.

I don't have screenshots of that specific game, but here's another example of it.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Look at my crystals and what time I took them, and I hope that was the 'proof' you are looking for. And it does this to me almost every game now. I left, and came back but it did not refresh. I have lost lots of crystals, so any help would be great. Thanks.

you are new to this game?

the way to earn crystals is to get more kills than other players in "deathmatches" and more points in a "capture the flag" so you may not get any if you are outplayed in battle.

 

this is seen easier by the points in capture flag matches instead of deathmatch where it is scored by kills only.

 

notice the battle fund is divided up among the top players at the end of the game. in you're case 4 crystals. so the top player will recieve all in this case. the rest of the players may not recieve any if the battle fund is a small number or if they did not get a lot of kills/points. so join longer games or with a higher death count to win will help you to get crystal as the higher the battle fund the more it can be distributed to players and on teams winning players. but don't jump in a match late and think you will get crystal because of that you must get kills or points to earn you're cut of the battle fund.

 

to counteract this play team death matches or capture the flag so you can get some help early on and earn crystals or pick up the crystal boxes in game.

No no, that makes perfect sense: if you stink, play team games. If you're good, do deathmatches. :)

you had as many kills as you did deaths in the above picture that is enough to get you crystal in lots of games most player don't break even in that category often they're below that average. you just wont have a chance in games where the time limit is too short so join slightly longer ones and you notice a difference fast. :)

You have to come first to get those crystals and when the battle fund is higher it will divide it amongst other players that did good or 2nd or 3rd place :mrgreen: :mrgreen: :mrgreen:
