i AGREE WITH THE MR HERE, ITS UNFAIR TO KEEP OUR COUNTRY USERS WITHOUT A SOLUTION, I STARTED TO FEEL LIKE ITS DONE IN PURPOSE..Any way if we just have to leave the game just make us know it, I am tired in trying solution from other websites .

This issue is being resolved, this may take a while as there is redirection of international servers and due to international political reasons some countries fall out of the redirection program. It is only after the redirection program that the disconnected countries can registered back to the server.

Morocco is now connected to our servers but problems that might occur are due to low internet connection in most of the providers, only those with high speed internet connection can play. Who ever will experience any problems with loading the game should increase their internet speed or try to change your internet provider. Lets continue to play in Tanki Online.

you are talking about the ADSL Connection that cant be slow

 

i have 4 Mbyte/s and i have the problem in work + i have 8 Megabyte/s in Home and the same problem

 

the 3G internet is the lowest one in our country and it work with Tanki as our friend told us but just to know that this type of connection isnt a solution because it became too slow in the time that all is connected that is for more than 10 hours per day and you cant ever watch a video in youtube of 30 second so how you can play with it the game

 

i played with my ADSL connection the game for more than 6 months without problem so why we have the problem now ? and why you cant fix it ?

 

by tolding us that the problem due to low internet that mean for me that you dont know what are talking about and you dont know what is the problem and you dont know anything so how can a person that dont understand the problem solve it ?!!!!!!

Take it easy steganos i think he has nothing to do with our probleme, that's what's the technical team of tanki told him i guess, for you bruce you should excuse steganos he must be angy, he is a "captain" in the game, and must spent a lot of time and money in tanki, in one second , he can't play tanki,

Finnaly i still have problems, i can play for like 3 min, then i get the "Connection closed" error.

I can see messages written by players, hear sounds of the games , who killed who, but the game is stopped

bruce we have only one operator offering high speed adsl connection, that's the operator we are using, our net speed is already high, changing operator or increasing speed won't change anything, so aplease find us a solution we are still waiting.

It means that I was going to spend 4000 DHS..

Mr bruce, the game can't iven load, neither at home nor at work (the internet speed at work is 20 mb) which mean its not as you said an internet speed, I have been playing tankionline since months ago and it worked fine for me, why It would soudainly change for me?!! I ll be greatfull if you can tell your technical service about ths issues we are facing here!! the new year is about to start, and it will be shame on your technical service to keep a ceountry out of this game "it can appear like a rasiste act from your compagny" But we are not going yet to class it as "Rasist"acton from you.

i have just one question that i need really a clear answer from our respected ADMINISTRATION

 

HOW MANY DAYS WE NEED TO WAIT THAT PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED ? this is really a bad and a stupid quastion if we read again and again the last ADMINISTRATION answer about this situation

you told us to change the internet provider because you heared that the game work with another type of connection that we called 3G

 

just to know that the speed o this type of connection is 3.6 Mbyte/s

 

and the ADSL we use is the highest connection speed we have in our country that have 2.4 Mbit/s; 4.8 Mbit/s and 9.6 Mbit/s (the orange ones i already tested)

 

3.6 Mbyt/s mean 0.45Mbit/s

 

i tried this type of connection and it is annoying because to enter to silent map you need more than 20Minutes of loading

 

The ADSL connection is the best one we have and we need a solution
