my friend recently contacted you about user Badabudabom , but your

technician was very rude and did not say why account was blocked and he

said also that the account is blocked forever, we need to know why such

issue occured and why you also blocked his email an ip adress ? he could

not be able to contact you by email again and asked me to help him .

please provide us with concret information about the block status . he

did not do any crime or fraudilent acts! i created this email to check

if you block all emails when someone asks anything about users. we are

very disappointed. and we need all our money that we gave to your game

back as soon as possible. if you have any bugs in game it is your

problem to solve them. there is no cracker user , if someone cracks your

game you cannot even find him. why you make trouble to users who donate?

i need quick answer to my questions and be serious , i have already

contacted internet security instances, you do not have permission,

without any solid reason block email adress or similar things like

closing donated accounts without any warnings.
