I want to be able to hide my profile. Can Tanki please add a button in settings to hide my profile?

So then I won't have people viewing my profile because some people were making fun of my garage. 

Or can I choose what things I want to be displayed on my profile... :ph34r:

I kinda agree. Because everyone looks at my profile and says that I'm over-drugged and over-ranked, which is not true. I have been saving up crystals for a while and didnt buy alot of M3s. 

But, no. This should not be implemented. There is nothing personal in your profile. Only game stats. So why hide it?

Hide Buttons for K/D

 

Hey guys, how's it going? I have a new idea that I would like to share with you guys. Hope you like it, and lets get to it, shall we? 

 

So I have seen some people complaining about their K/D (Kill/Death) and how they have too many deaths and less amount of kills so with this new idea, you can hide your K/D ratio. This means, it is not open to the public to see. There are many people out there who really care about their K/D or even care about other's K/D, and what they do is just share it for a bragging right, in which where everyone can see it. This sometimes results in others getting mad and starting unnecessary fights, as all it would lead to is bans. So at the end of the day, if we can hide our K/D, it can lead to better intentions among tankers. 

 

Here is an example of how it would look like!

I have a much better idea than that.  Peoples private profiles should remain just that, PRIVATE.  That is unless the player concerned wishes for it to be  made public!

Ok K/D is absolute bigotry. Kill Stealing, Snipers with infinite K/D, Flag Cappers with 0 K/D I get it. Yea, I get depressed when I see it go -0.01 and its hard to get back up. Honestly, I dont really care but I think you still should be able to hide.

While not showing all player's turrets, hulls or paints is not going to happen (because that's the point of the ratings site), an option to hide your ratings is possible. Thought I honestly don't get all the "hard work to get them and they private" thing. I mean, there are not many of them for it to be personal and secretive. Everyone has the same equipment just different modifications.

This game is not war. It's just an arcade shooter that's remotely based off a war theme. There aren't any "secret projects" to develop unique, secret weapons, so players don't really have anything to hide. This feature would be pointless.

Look at my rank. Then check my profile. Yes, my friend has purchased a few crystals on my account. I HAVE had people stalk me, begging for my account password and trying to befriend me. It is very, very annoying. I think it should at least be an OPTION. It's not bad enough to the extent of me wanting to hide my profile, but I have a friend who is a HUGE buyer, and he is a Brigaider. He has everything M2 and almost all M3 kits available at his rank. He constantly gets harassed for his password, and he has told me he wishes to hide his profile so he doesn't get harassed as much.

Why not work on your own mistakes instead of asking tanki to fix them?
