OMG!1 FPS?Your rigs are too ancient. throw your pc out of window and buy a new one. i play on serveral computers. on one-idk how but little lags, on 2 and 3 is 10-20 fps, on my dad's laptop 50 fps. as i said,i will upgrade my pc,so i think fps will be 60-70.
