I know bad idea but... UAV Effect - Makes mini map which shows enemy places for 30 seconds. AC-130 Effect - When player achieves it,it gives player Twins,ricochet,thunder,and railgun cannons which shoot from AC-130. Thunder Artillery Effect - When player calls it,it shoots thunder from artilerry at location user set. Precision Airstrike Effect - Calls airstrike at location set.Airstrike bombards place,and destroys/damages all tanks around it.Needs time to come to target.can be disabled by EMP. EMP Effect - Disables all running killstreaks and tanks(tanks have electronics,ha?)for 30 seconds.Cant destroy precision airstrike and Backup Tank Effect - Calls backup tank same as users tank.With EMP,It will be destroyed. I think killstreak idea is better.

And also cool would be perks and killstreaks.(UAV,Thunder artilerry,AC-130(includes ricochet,twins,railgun,and thunder),precision airstrike,and EMP(would disable running killstreaks and tanks for 30 seconds,so the EMP user can feel free to destroy what user wants.)
