Therefore one can conclude, assuming that the above statement is correct, that you are either an hacked or alternate account of tough, or you were persuaded to vote for him.

I think there should be a small reward for reporting a person to a mod. As we've seen over the past week, there's an apparent "need for moderators." Why don't we solve this problem by providing a small incentive for people to be more aware and alert for misbehavers?
