Maybe keep the damage cap at 24 and just increase the Heal rate in the second version? Along with the special effect of course. :) Don't know. But Isida right now is also perfect and just a better heal rate would suffice.

From what I see, and from what I was told. Rubies were just implemented to increase the "balance" in the game. So, More balance between Buyers and Non-Buyers I mean. =)

Not really, The old shaft was Over powered, so everyone who used it for owning M3 mammoth, the most over powered tank in the game in one hit did vote for it. But anyone who is interested in the long-term game balance, voted for the newer shaft. We got 2 refunds back to back if I'm not mistaken, so you guys did have 2 chances! Which you wasted. :mrgreen:
