I have no idea why the Railgun would shoot like that for an Isida. Isida = Short range, once it catches up he's doomed. Then, If there was someone behind the Isida with a long range weapon, the Railgun doing that would make sense. O_o

Maybe he's shooting someone behind the Isida, and the Isida player is getting shot from behind. When I play Isida, and someone is about to kill me, I do that to get my "friend's attention" It's a language that everyone understands, whether they speak English, Russian, Arabic or German. ;)
