First of all, PM this to a mod, no one really wants to see this in General forums :XD: Second, some people just fail so hard at power leveling. It's extremely easy to power level without being caught, but I don't do it, it gives your newbie accounts ratings of like 200 at Master Corporal then you end up getting 2 points for a kill in the real game. And anyways, I prefer to level up my newbie accounts by kicking asses in the real game 8)

Never go Dictator, It's a waste of money, and I know this having leveling my own 3 accounts to WO1 and having bought Dictator m3 on one of them. As for the OP's question, I would say go for Hunter with Smokey until you reach your desired Tank/Weapon. Wasp isn't a bad tank, but believe me, people will consider you as a "Free Kill". In addition to that, you get my free weapon advice. Which is: Even though twins may look powerful at first, don't buy them, stick with smokey. If you learn to master the smokey, people will bow down to you. It's a very powerful gun and at M3 you can keep using all the way until M1 thunder. As for Firebird, it's a good weapon but takes much more skill to play than smokey. There is my advice for you, I hope it helped. Enjoy the game and good luck :mrgreen:

Yup it's a nice idea. Like when people create "Rail gun + Wasp" battles. Then you join the battle with your rail-wasp and all you see is m3 vikings, hornets and mammoths ready to run over you like the flightless wasp you are... :XD: Yeah~~ this needs to be added ASAP... but if you think about it... excluding weapons like shafts might not be so fun.. and would give people that don't normally use shafts an advantage... so then all the shafts just go to the nearest Highland DM and then what? You get one battle with 0 shafts... and another battle with 10 Shafts... not cool at all.
