Please... There's Physics and then there's Perm Physics. Completely different things. One does not simply use real physics formulas on tanki. As far as I know, nitro does not give you more raw pushing power, but it does increase your speed and total momentum, meaning that if you have nitro and crash into someone, you will push them further than if you were to crash into them without nitro.

There is no "easy way" to earn crystals other than the obvious ones - Polygon CP and Wasp+Fire battles. This question has been answered multiple times before, so please use the search option to find duplicates before posting a new topic. Closed.

It doesn't matter which team or person you insult. You are all playing the same game and you should be respectful to all players, regardless of which team they are on. As far as I know, the word "noob" on its own doesn't result in a day ban, so that player must have said something else in addition to calling your team "noob", which resulted in him getting a day ban. Whatever the case is, chat moderators go through a lot of training before they are allowed to ban, so any ban given out is given for a good reason and in accordance to the Game Rules. A moderator won't ban unless they are 100% sure that the insult they see is ban-worthy. If the player does think that the mod made a mistake with a ban, they can always complain in PM to a chat administrator and necessary action will be taken if the ban was, in fact, unfair. But either way, discussing moderators' work publicly on the forum is not allowed, so I will have to lock this topic. Feel free to send me a PM if you have any more questions. Closed.

The main reasons as to why people think that gold boxes are dropped by people are: Their rarity, so they think that gold boxes are so rare because there is only a few people going around dropping them. Lies from other players, i.e. when someone says "I will drop a gold soon" and the gold box happens to drop afterwards. Some players think it wasn't a coincidence The Godmode_ON story, where he actually does drop 3 golds when players manage to kill him. Myths and rumours. The false idea that all helpers and admins drop gold just spreads across the community and some believe it. Please continue this discussion in the article given above. I agree that the search function on the forum is difficult to use, but it's the only one we have. There is a small guide on the help site that gives some tips on how to effectively use the search on the forum - that's the best reply I can give you. You kind of just get used to it after a while... My main advice to you is if you are trying to find a topic with a particular title, search for no more than 1 or 2 key words at a time, try different combinations, make sure you select "Only search in titles" and if you know what section it is in - select to only search in that section.

@Jwimmer, you never even play with Hornet, so it's not like you can really compare the two hulls. In Polygon and Desert XP/BP battles it's not just the wasps - everyone dies within seconds after respawning. Perhaps people think that Wasps have less armour and will be easier to kill so they target them, but I'm pretty sure it's mostly just your imagination.

Wrong :) In Edinburgh CP the point is in right in the middle, where the gold box usually drops. Because of that, the gold boxes actually drop in other locations, like on the sides of the map in players' bases.

Yes, I have Viking M4 and I can jump that gap with nitro. However you can't just jump it - you have to have a gun with recoil and shoot forwards at a specific moment so that the front of your hull lifts up and doesn't crash into the tip of the ramp. Added a new section (which apparently belongs to homie) :) The last two only apply to the time after the ratings were added, so don't try to somehow provide evidence with screenshots of how many hours you were playing and how many supplies you were using. Not that I know how you would do that anyway, but just in case... The hours spent in-game can be calculated by adding the hours in any of the categories, for example the four game modes. Yes. In fact, I'm not even sure why those records are added, so I might just remove them completely....

Not good enough to be an individual record. If you want to qualify, you need to at least beat the 30 minute records.
