This is just a suggestion of what you might dealing with. In certain situations, players fraud on tankionline, or buy crystal with a hacked visa, money do not belong to them, so when the author of the money asks for his money back after retrieving his hacked visa/account, Tanki company will refund the money as they are a legal company, so in return, they will take the crystals away from you and it will appear in the picture of a "minus XXX crystal" Eg -2877 so, to pay your part of the deal to tanki, you need to make 2877 crystal to reach 0 again and start a fair start. However, this could be just a glitch by your account, contact help@tankinoline.com for more help :)

the instructions say 1: send a message to help@tankionline.com the message should contain: 1. The nickname of the lost account 2. If you bought crystals for real money (dates and methods) 3. Are you someone's referral? (Nickname) 4. The first e-mail address used to register the account 5. If you have had any serious ban from the chat or any other punishment 6. Date of the loss of the account 7. Where do you play from? (Country and region) 8. What were the last purchases in your garage? Hopefully after doing this, the technical team will help you :)

Ricochet is quite useless at high ranks, Hornet/Railgun combination is a pro combo even at Generalissimos! get it.

At first, they are really cheap, then they get expensive, and an M3 Generalissimo does have a lot of crystals, so he can upgrade his weapon almost 75% of M4 :)
