Rico requires quite a lot of skills as said by doduo, but you can handle it properly rather quickly. Dictator and Rico is just too unstable, and Viking is superior to Dictator imo. Viking/Rico will work well but Hornet Isida too. Your tastes, your choice.

Reply to the closed topic: The paint is not available for sale, and it can't have a 99% protection. It's more like 70% or 85%. Sometime gold boxes don't drop but loads of crystals boxes. He can change his rank as he wants but his forum rank is always Lt-Col because he doesn't come online, thus his rank doesn't update. He is not banned or you would see it on his profile page.
