After playing another match after i posted the thread, i got the same result after i missed the flag capper once, and i lost my hopes. maybe i will try it next month when i will get wasp. Hello everyone, i'm a player that nearly never played XP, and i'm not really a fan of it. i like played 20 games in my entire career. I can use hornet/railgun combo effectively in normal maps where there are long range fight and lots of diversity in hulls and guns (example: sepurhov/kungur) wich i have m3 of both. I've come to a point where i would like to try it, just for the sake of finding out why many players adore this format like a god and say XP is the best combo in the world... But here comes the issue: i've already followed many guides here in the forum, the generalissimo handbook, the duel guide, video tutorials, but... Every single game i join, even if i can always mantain highest DL/good score/good amount of flag captured, the chats fills up with those only words: Tommy noob / Tommy hy6! and stuff like that. The extreme level of toxicity of the XP players drive me away from the format battles and i go back to my format-less ones i enjoy the most. I'm forced forever in this endless loop, or i will sooner or later be able to find out how to "enjoy" XP? Also, is XP really a great and enjoyable format, or is only a "i feel pro cause i play xp" gamemode thing? side note... will it get easier if i get wasp m3? it seems easier to drive and dodge shots with it.

you cant play a battle and have another istance of your tank somewhere else. if a mod is playing in a battle, he cant have another browser page set as spectator mode to "gain unfair advantage" with the same account. what i see here is just... Envy?

got some gold boxes. Everyone should figure that the polygon gold in that place is granted if you are the first on the pipe. also got a lucky one in a game where i killed the only opponent before the gold dropped. feel sorry for him -_-

there are some options you dont really need to check. leave it with default settings if you dont know what you are doing. also cleaning the registry can drastically speed up your pc and solve some crash issues. try to believe. To pakistani: how is going with your issue? updates?

No combo will perform at his best in every map and situation. but if you ask me to chose a combo that is usable in every game situation... probably Viking-Thunder. not the best choiche for a Ping Pong or a Lost Temple... but works goodly even there! Many would say Hornet Railgun, but the work well only on medium-large maps.

Once i had an in-game friend who was able to get like 3-4 bans a day just by typing too many short phrases or getting a random swear accidentally on chat. probably his in-game karma was pretty dirty, and the monitoring system always over-reacted banning him for hours or even a day if he chatted too fast. Soo common that probably the first thing i asked him if he did not say "hi" to me was "are you banned again?" We always solved the issue with extremely hilarious questions like "giggle your turret left if you are banned for days, and right if you are banned for hours" "jump out of the map/shot me/poop a mine if you are banned" "turn on youself as many times as the hours/days left on your ban" or alternative communication methods like forum PM (that still works if you get a common chat ban) or skype messaging. But going back to the topic... there are waaay to many things we can do to fix this issue! a simple one would be what OP said: click on your friend and send him a standard notification only him can see, telling the time left for the ban to go away. i'd stay away from the flag telling everyone you are banned cause this will cause discrimination by immature players. not anything viable in my opinion. another could be a Safe-Chat menu. like the ones you see in child games like Roblox where you can turn off the standard chat: a simple pop-up menu where you can use 100ish standard phrases to communicate with the other world, even if the free chat is disabled by any reason. tanki could use phrases like "Hello!, Hi!, Nice battle!, Capture the flag!, I'm flipped!, I need an isida!, Follow me!, Capture point C!, I'll leave the battle soon!...

just a question. are the kits combinations chosen randomly, or they follow some sort of directive like least used equipment pieces? and why some hulls and guns appear way more frequently than others? i dont see a dictator since the old dicorail M3 kit, but i see tons of kits using viking, smoky, titan, hunter...

Unlucky, every game with at least a little of equipment diversification will have the Rock/Paper/scissor issue. in simple words, some turrets are an hard-counter for the other ones. you cant really beat a firebird/twins/hammer using railgun in an open field when him randomly appear near to you. How to solve this? Tactical play and thinking ahead. some basic tips from me, that can be archieved by everyone with a little of gaming skill and ability to same some crystals. 1) get atleast 2 turrets, one for close range and one for long range. example: Firebird + Railgun, Twins + Thunder, Isida + Smoky... whatever you like the most. i hope your 2 turrets are not Freeze and Firebird or Railgun and Shaft. those would give you similar and boring gameplay and inability to play effectively in some situations. 2)buy 2 hulls, a light one and a medium/heavy one. same reasons as above. 3)get one medium paint or some cheap ones. example: Rustle, Loam, Savanna are good choiches. get one during a sale and keep it as your main paint. if you find another gun particulary annoying, get a cheap one. examples are lava, in love, dragon, cedar, tundra. to use only when you find that gun overwhelming. 4) THE MOST IMPORTANT ONE: if you cant follow the standard rules above, and you wasted all your crystals/were unable for any possible reason... LEARN WHAT YOU CAN DO AND WHAT YOU CANT. as an example, NEVER charge an hammer using an XP or a light hull. or stay away from the isida/mammoth if you happen to have isida and a weaker tank. or try to avoid playing maps like sandbox using mammoth/shaft Or titan/isida on Kungur. if you chose one combo, be sure to master it and know its limits.
