There won't be a re-fund (no return of crystals like last year) but there will be a mini-re-balance in which the moving/speed and the total functioning of guns and hull will be changed.

If someone abuses you or says bad words to you, you can simply vote him by typing "/vote name_of_offender" and a mod will come to help you, if that doesn't work you could take a full screen shot of the violator and send it to a mod on the forum, as said your ban must have been extended, or you broke some rules and you got a ban again.

It might be because of lag or slow internet, Try clearing your browser cache or try raising your FPS.

You can buy crystals, camp for Gold Boxes in small maps (large maps have more gold drop spots so it is hard to get) or you could just camp for crystals or even play long battles to win high fund (but it will be a risk, if you lose). Being the top team in the status table doesn't mean your team is first (status table can be viewed during battle by pressing "tab"), the score is recorded at the bottom right corner of your screen as in your case (0-1) 0 flags captured by red team and 1 flag captured by the blue team, which means you lost the battle.

It is a glitch in the reward distribution system, it mainly happens after server updates, lets hope Tanki fixes it in the near future.

Firstly you lost that battle 2 flags to 12 flags (2-12) the losing team doesn't get much fund and if they lose poorly they sometimes don't get reward at all, and secondly you didn't have much score in that battle, the higher the score you have the greater amount of fund you get. I presume you are new to the game, i'll explain you how the scoring system works, 1 kill = 10 points, 1 flag captured = 10-100 points (the points while capturing a flag depend on your opponent team, if they are more in number you will get more score while you capture a flag) and if you are isida user you get 10 points for a full heal (it depends of how much % of your isida charge you use), so if you lose = you get less fund (depending on your score) or no fund at all but if you win = you get more fund (depending on your score) if you need further assistance PM me and i'll explain how the points, rewards system works briefly.
