I'd go for Zeus if I were you. I've got both paints, but Emerald hasn't seen the sun the past 8 months I think. Instead of Emerald, you can buy Prodigi or Clay in the future (with some MUs on Thunder protection). I don't think there has been a kit with Titan m3 and Ricochet m3.

If you already own wasp, it's better to first get a different sort of hull, medium or heavy. Double Crystals Cards, aka DCC, are given completely randomly. It's possible to get it in 5 days. If I were you, I'd buy Railgun now with this huge 50% sale, save up crystals for Viking and wait for a 50% sale on Viking. I'd wait for a 50% sale since you ain't in a rush. :p There once was a kit named Redneck with Ricochet, Hunter and Lumberjack available in the garage. It might return some day. My personal preference goes to Fire m2, because I think Twins is rather a boring weapon to use. :p Both are extremely powerful on close range, but Twins has the advantage that it's never out of ammo and it has a bigger range, though it loses quite some power the bigger the distance between you and your opponents gets. Firebirds advantage is its afterburn of course.
