I'd go for Hornet m3. Firebird m2 :p I'd not a buy a paint at your rank, but if you really want to buy one, I'd probably go for Desert most probably because of its high ricochet protection and the 10% Hammer. The 28% ricochet protection is a decisive point for me. But if you're being more annoyed by Thunder and Railgun, Corrosion is the paint to buy. Yes, it is! I must say that it needs some micro-upgrades on damage and reload time, but even without the MUs, it hits a lot! Yes A light hull ain't gonna work so well in those maps, so you'll need to choose between Dictator and Viking. I personally choose Viking, because it has some extra speed. Dictator is too clumsy for me. :p

Yeah! I got one! Of course 2 had been more beautiful, but at least it's something. :D
