Indeed. It's just a glitch. It's not very common and we don't know yet what causes this glitch. As jokersus said, you should contact a chat moderator next time. If you can't immediately find one (on the forum), contact another moderator and ask him if he can arrange a chat moderator to end your battle. If you need to leave due to the battle lasting too long, you should contact help@tankionline.com as jokersus mentioned. You must take a screenshot to prove that you're entitled to the crystals.
