Both weapons fit well on wasp, but railgun fits just a little better in my opinion. The decision depends on what maps you most frequently play in. If you mostly play is small maps, firebird is the better choice of course. If large maps, railgun gets the preference.

Railgun m3 can hit a maximum of 165, which is 148.5 with 10% protection. Wasp m2 has 136 health, so Railgun m3 can destroy a wasp m2 with 10% protection with a single shot.
