Test server isn't always open to the public, but when it is, it's very crowded. Loads of players are trying to join the test server at the same time to test new updates before they get officially introduced into the game itself. That's why the maximum capacity is being reached the whole time when test server is open. Unfortunately this results in difficulties to join the test server. The only thing you can do is refreshing your page and with some good luck you'll finally manage join the test server. Closed

Moderators can't do anything about hacked accounts. Only tech support can help you out. Did they ask you to fill in the 10 questions? If yes, what did they answer after you had sent them your answers?

It's a kind of "edited" since you've added something to the original video. However editing is more like adding special effects (slow motion, double-quick,...) What do you mean with "it will have royalties"?
