"As promised, all prizes will be handed out by January 11." So the prices will be automatically sent to the winners on January 11. It's impossible that they've already received their price.

As jokersus.cava already mentioned, someone else might have entered your account and spent your repair kits. Make sure this problem is not caused by sharing your account with someone since it's forbidden. You must change your password immediately so that guy can't enter your account anymore. How to change your password? The only possible way to get your wasted repair kits back is contacting tech support (help@tankionline.com). Give them a full explanation of your issue and they might help you out.

I live in Belgium. It's around 5°C now, but the icy wind makes it feel much colder. Unfortunately it doesn't snow, but it rains a lot instead. :(
