The company has to legally inform us if they change it, and to my knowledge, they do. Also, if you don't accept to the new contract, then you have no legitimate reason to be allowed to continue to play. The company doesn't have to inform us what has changed, just that it has changed, and even so, I highly doubt anyone would be bothered to read it... If you haven't agreed to the new EULA, then by playing the game you are (I believe) breaching multiple copyright laws, which is why there is only an accept button to close the updated EULA pop-ups. Chances are, you accepted the new EULA without realising, and by breaking it, you are breaching contract and the company is legally entitled to sue you.

I know how pre-moderation forums work :P It is just that sometimes in the past I have posted stuff that either never posted, or for some reason, never got approved...

PREFACE The wiki. Great resource, fantastically well-kept, all-around great - I have no problems with the wiki itself. Apart from the accessibility. I have played Tanki for five or six years now, and I only discovered the wiki after clicking the small tiny book + link at the top of the Tanki webpage in a moment of complete and utter boredom. This also ties in with a problem I have had for a while with Tanki, which is the tutorial. We do now have a rather nice little thing that shows off the controls, and a few of the turrets, but I think it needs to go further. There are two ways of doing this that I can see. Either: make buying an M1 and MUing something part of the tutorial, giving a simple explanation as to what each does. Or, take advantage of the wiki which already has guides to all this. At the moment, the communicator panel is put to somewhat good use, but I'm not sure that a nub will know/care about a new v-log. ​THE IDEA Put, into the communicator panel (probably until chat unlocks - Master Sergeant), a home/help centre for the wiki. It would probably be a good idea to make the wiki more accessible to new players. Perhaps get it in the communicator panel for new players with links to the guides for turrets/hulls/etc as a subsection...
