Glad to see the problem has been solved! Closed.

Type %appdata% in Spotlight, that should show you the map Appdata and within that map you can find a map called Tanki Online, within that map, there's a map called Local Store. Just in case you might need it in the future. Closed.

Did you change the password on your account to prevent your friend from accessing it again?
-
If someone has hacked your account, it is wise to change your password and e-mail address. As for the player following you around, do you always play in the same server? If that is the case, he could just go to that server and easily find you. Try playing on different servers and do not decline the friend request (don't accept either), that way the player will have to put in more effort to send another request. Unfortunately, adding the player to your blocklist, will not prevent them from sending a friend request.

In the earlier years of Tanki (2012 and earlier), I'm not sure when it stopped being possible though.

I wish I could help you, but other than 'clearing your Internet Explorer cache', I don't know what could solve the problem. Contact the help desk about your problem by filling out this form.

Topic merged. If you linked your account with an e-mail address right after creating the account, you can check if you still have the registration e-mail. If not, then all you can do is contact the technical support to ask for that information, using this form. They will ask you to answer some questions first to make sure you're the owner of the account.

Have you overclocked your GPU, CPU or RAM recently? If that is the case, it could be an issue with your power supply.

Leave your feedback about the new Downloadable Client
CooperO replied to theFiringHand in News Archive
Follow the steps below: Uninstall the game client. Go to: %APPDATA%/../Roaming/TankiOnline Delete "Local Store" folder. Re-install the game client. You can't see this on the right side of the client window? Good point, now it's only possible to change the language, but it will still take you to the Russian servers. It would be nice if you were taken to the Brazilian servers when clicking on the Brazilian flag. -

In Edge, go to your settings: Then click on 'Settings' From there, click on 'View favorites settings' Then, switch 'show the favorites bar' to 'On' After that, all you have to do is drag the link in the URL bar to the favorites bar, or click on the star on the right side of the URL bar.

Don't send an e-mail to the Technical support, but contact them by filling out the special form.

The most logical explanation I have for what happened was that the m1 viking was lagging a bit. I've seen it happen many times in Noise battles that a big tank like mammoth or titan is sitting on the flag and a viking manages to push through like it's nothing. Incredibly annoying, but not much can be done about it.

Try the solutions provided here. Could you try using Standalone Flash Player and check if it still gives those problems? I also noticed in the screenshots you were using Mozilla Firefox instead of Chrome, is there any difference in performance between the two?

Considering your ping remains the same and only your FPS gets affected, I'd say it's caused by something else. It could either be that your pc just has a hard time handeling the game, another program is interfering (like anti virus, skype, youtube etc) or you just need to clear your caches. How to clear them, and more, can be found in the link provided by @Darren4Turbo.

In the case of Vincent4989, his forum account got deleted due to serious violations of the rules. For 'guest' in the Music topic, this was done by . Because multiple topics related to music got merged into the music topic, he decided that not just one player should get credit for the topic anymore, which is why it was created by 'guest'.

For me the game runs best on Standalone Flash Player, but I have a really low end pc so even there I get bad fps.
