If I were you, I'd wait for a week more or so. 40k extra is always nice and it shouldn't take too long, based on what they said in the vlog, before the new rank is in the game.

What is shown on the right is not the amount of money you still have in your paypal account, but what will be taken out of it when purchasing the items. Only thing is, on the left it is shown in euros and on the right in pounds, which is why the amounts aren't exactly the same.

It's not there at the moment. There are some payment problems where Tanki Online has no influence on, so many payment options are currently not available.

Could you provide us with some screenshots of those problems? It will make it easier for the developers to determine what is going wrong and how to fix it.
