Rugby mode can only be played in non-PRO battles, so it's not possible to play it in parkour mode.

Containers are the only way to get those 23 new paints. You can get containers from catching black boxes, completing your weekly mission chains and by buying them in the shop.

The possibility is there yes, there's no release date yet for skins unfortunately. You understood correctly. I hope you are able to finish your super missions before skins are introduced to the game.

It would indeed be great to be able to customize your garage, organize it in the way that's most efficient to you. Suggestions like these have been made before and have been passed on to the developers. Unfortunately, there's currently no news on any plans for garage customization.
