Personally, I prefer the term 'pass', since the word 'license' is actually something more permanent. My driver's license for example doesn't disappear after I've driven once. A ticket, voucher or coupon on the other hand, would be fitting. You can still contact the help desk, but not anymore for nickname changes.

Admins have nothing to do with game development or anything, we're basically just managers of our helper teams. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ This is driving me nuts! 1. is NOT an admin, he's the community manager. 2. Admins cannot drop golds by using a command. They can only drop self-earned or self-bought gold boxes by pressing the 6 key (or whichever key they assigned to that supply) just like every other player in this game.
