Hello Follow this steps and see if it works. 1) go to your account and then go to setting, 2) click on "change email and password", 3) and then close your tanki account, 4) go to your email and you will see a email from tanki to change password/email, 5) go to that email, you will have a link to click on to change password, so instead of clicking on the link, just copy it and paste that link in new Tab. However your tanki account must be closed, before entering that change password/email link.

Sound like you shared your account with your friend :wub:, you need to be really careful with this, because 'sharing, exchanging, asking for password isn't allowed as per the game rules. It may result in forever block. If you are unsure, I will highly recommend to you read the rules!.

Hi, are you sure you haven't received any crystals?, after clicking on claim button, you should receive the crystals straightway. Maybe try refreshing and see if that works.

However if you were the winner, you could PM the community manager and explain the problem, but since you didn't get the right answer and didn't won the contest, then there is no need to contact the community manager. If you are talking about this week 'question of the week', then you will have to delete your comment and re-write again, that's why you should be careful when you entering nickname in a contest. :) Answered. Hi You will need to use your invite code and once that person signs up to the game using your invite link and starts playing, then you will receive some crystals, but you will not be getting crystals just for signing up using your invite link, your friend must play on his account and each to your friend rank up, you will receive some crystals, the bigger rank he gets to the bigger amount of crystals you will receive. Therefore, your friend must play on it and rank up in order to receive crystals.
