Are you sure?, maybe you didn't confirm your email address yet. Go to setting, and if you are able to edit your email from the game setting, that mean you haven't confirm your email address yet. Check if your setting is like this, if it has this button, If you don't have this button, and it just shows your email and able to edite your email, then this mean, you haven't confirm your email. In this case you just need re-write your email, click on SAVE, and then check your email, and confirm by going to the link you will receive in your email account. It doesn't actually takes 4 hours, it can take even longer than that, depends on how many email they gets a day, because you are not the only one sending email, there are many other players maybe sending them email. Please be patient, they will get back to you as soon as possible. :)

It takes few days to approve the clan, depends on how many people are creating clans everyday, there are lot other players also created clan, therefore CS Moderator need to check them 1 by 1 first and then they will uprove it. If you don't met requirements then your clan will not be approved and you may want to contact one of the CS Moderators @joostcool or to find out the reason. However if you created the clan today or yesterday, please be patient, and your clan might be approved soon, you can check by going to your profile and then click on "Topics", so once it get approved you will find your topic in their. Hello, tankers. We need your help. As we all know that tanki online lag started since last 5-6 days, most of the players are unable to play because of the pings, many players are getting really high pings in battle. Therefore, to solve this problem, we need some details from players about the lag, and we will transfer all your information to developers, so then the developers can fix this problem ASAP. Kindly tell us when the lags starts and what happen when it lags etc.

This lag problem started since last 2 days, but the developers are working on this, they are trying their best to fix this as soon as possible. Please be patient.

Not really, in next round it will also drops randomly any time. It may not drop at the start or it might not even drop at all in next round. If the battle finishes when the gold box is about to drop, this doesn't mean it will drop at the start of next round. :P
