Secondly. my colleagues are only giving an hour ban for floods just to calm some players down, so that they do not go for higher violation which may lead to higher ban, and they are going to regret later when they calm down, so we don't want this to happen, we are trying our best to calm people, unfortunately, some of them are not trying to understand at all.

Yea, I completely understand you, and maybe I would feel the same way if this happened to me. But let's work together and resolve this problem, all you need to do is write anything that's causing the problem in here in details, as much as you can, also a screenshot maybe helpful, if possible.

Guys, calm down, please. I understand that you are angry about this and i also know how you guys are feeling right now. But we got to understand that by flooding, screaming and insulting here or In-game chat will not help at all, you are just getting yourself banned and making yourself look bad. So, in order to get this fixed as soon as possible. it will be best leaving your feedback about the update as well as reporting any bugs, glitch or problem here in details, so that developers can work on those problems as soon as possible and everyone will get to enjoy the game.

It should be open in 15-20 mins and that also depend on how the chat weather is. :)

Mmm, that prediction is too high. In fact, the tanki will have to change everything, including the 'Free MMO game' part, which is not going to happen. The tanki was called 'Free MMO game' since day one and it will be free forever. It's just that people don't like every new feature that cost real money. But come on guys, this is the whole point of a business. Well, that's not true. If a player is banned or blocked for whatever reason, their clan also gets blocked. However, you can unblock your clan once the ban/ block length ends, by contacting tech support. As far as i know, no one had a problem with this nor had any complaint. Their clan was unblocked after the ban/ block lengths ended, and of course, they had to contact tech support in order to get unblocked.

There is a bundle which has 7 days of premium, 5 gold box, 200 of each supplies and that new paint, all those are in one bundle. So, go to your account, click on 'shop', and then click on 'premium account'. Once you click on that, scroll up, and you will see fewer bundles there, pick the bundle that has new paint picture, which is the one you want. :)
