Maybe it was because players were more used to it in the forum. But, the forum isn't the right place for solving technical issues, the main purpose of the forum is to discuss, communicate and share fun stuffs. The forum is where you can enjoy/ relax after some battles or when you are bored after some long battle, etc. Also, when you have a problem in the game and the forum is down for some reason, where are you going to report your issue?, that's why tanki online has alternative site so that our players can get help when the forum is down. Moreover, tanki online actually pays real money for help site. I know the forum is useful and we are reporting our issue/ visiting here since day one, but to be honest, help site is the best place to solve any technical issue once you get used to it. Plus you will find more useful after using couple of times.

The reason why we had to close the P&S is that, help site is the most suitable place for resolving any problems with the game, all the information regarding the issue or guidelines are in the help site and therefore it's best to send all the players there, even when we had P&S section open, we had to direct players to help site, such as for nickname change, or "I was blocked in the game, what to do?" etc., all those information are on help site, so, it is like double work for players, creating topic in P&S and then we direct them to another site where it explains everything regrading your questions or issue, it was just wastes players time and instead of this we rather close P&S and send all players to the help site, so that they can get special help from our special moderators, a.k.a. consultants. Yes, I do know and understand that players are still creating topic all over the forum now, it's just that players need to read the "Important" warning/notice part in any section and that is what we are lacking from every section, but no worries, players will get used to it and each time we direct them to the help site, they will know where they need to go next time. :) mmm, we have this problem since day one, nothing new xD. I remember when we had "chat violators" section open, some players were still reporting in Game violators section. Like I said earlier, it's just that players need to start reading the important parts or the warnings, and we are lacking that from all sections. The game violators are going to decline the reports anyway, so, players are just wasting their time. Also, I'm sure some players are reporting on purpose, even after knowing that we do not accept chat reports anymore, they are just trying so hard to get their enemy banned, which is not going to happen. Well, now it's up to them whether they want to waste their time or add the violator to ignore list. ;)

There is no need to write complaints to helpdesk, however, you may leave your complaint in this topic, we always keep an eye in here and anything that is important we forward it to developers.

If you are banned by a different community moderator then you will need to contact their community administrators, and if their admin not replying to you, you have right to contact their CM regarding your issue or unfair ban. English administrators always replying on time regarding complaints or issues. About Cedric, I agree, why would Cedric care if it has nothing to do with his community moderators or administrators, you are complaining about a ban issued by a different community moderators' which we have no right to judge their moderators or talk to other community moderators if the ban was right or wrong, and that is why they have their own administrators and CM. Ok, let me give you an example. I have 3 stores with the same name, and have one store managers for each store. A customer came to my 1st store and wasn't served well by the store colleagues. Now, do you expect this customer to go to my other 2nd or 3rd store manger and make a complaint, regarding 1st store colleagues instead of the 1st store manager. 2nd or 3rd store manager will tell you to make a complaint to the 1st store manager as they have no clue about other branches collages nor has right to talk to them regarding the issue. So, same in here, we have 4-5 communities, have their own administrators and CM to write a complaint about their moderators/ administrators work. :)

Yes, it might not take that long to rework on those test maps, but I'm sure they have to do lot other things behind before bringing a map into the main server, and they need to work on other important things as well,so, at the moment the developers are not planning for new map or reworking on previous test maps, but you never know they are probably going to bring those maps back randomly. :)

You can, there is an option at the bottom, last, named "Choose from the battle list", once you click on that you will have all the battle lists like before. Also, you will have the "create battle" option there too. :)

This update has not changed anything, you can do the same thing as before, such as, creating battle or joining any battle from the battle list. After all, the matchmaking is currently on the test, you may want to leave your feedback which will help developers to improve or change a little. :)

Nothing is impossible, everything is possible ;P. There are some servers which lower ranks only loves to play on. If you go to EU13, EU5 or EU9, you will find the majority of the lower ranks battle with a lot of players. Most of the 12 vs 12, 10 vs 10 8 vs 8 battles are full in those servers.

It is not possible to create an account with one letter, but 2-3 years ago when players were contacting tech support for nickname, the support allowed them to change it to one letter, and of course, they had to pay 100k for nickname change, as usual. However, tech support stopped doing this, they do not let anyone else change nickname to one letter anymore, and those who have already changed it to a letter, they get to keep it. :)

The crystal box has been removed, and that is because players were breaking the game rules for crystal box, such as multing, sabotaging, waiting for the crystal box to drop instead of playing, but what they didn't understand that, it's affected their team, making their team lose matches. The game is much better now without crystal box. Play, win and earn crystals, fair enough. :D

This way you are going to make your team lose. Maybe you should join some good battle same rank as you and less drugging. I'm sure there are quiet a lot good battles plus less drugging, maybe only 1 or 2 players drugging but you and your team should be able to handle that. To be honest, easy games are boring, it's more fun in hard battles and enjoyable plus that's where you can prove your real skills/ tactics. ;)
