We don't need your Username or password, all you need to do is, explain the situation :). Try cleaning the Shared Objects, and you should try on different browser.

It's simple, if you want to go garage while you are in the map, just click on the "garage" button and it will ask you if you want to leave the battle and view garage then click on "No" and if you want to stay in battle and view garage then click on "yes". It won't help like that, tell him to stop sending email, one email is enough,otherwise it will take even longer to get reply back from tech support.

Please be patient, your friend will get reply soon, you just need to wait few days. But after few days later, if he still doesn't get reply back from tech support, then he can try sending them email again.

Try on different browser, if it still don't work, you need to contact tech support help@tankionline.com, they will be able to help you and change the password for you.

Did you try refreshing?, if not try refreshing, after refreshing if you still have this problem, just log out from tanki online and clean your browsing history and then go to tanki online and log back on, the problem should be solve :)
