Are you sure it wasn't your Internet connection problem, you get high ping due to bad internet connection. However do you have any proof. If you think it was tanki online fault and you have the proof, you can try claiming for the crystals,check this out, How to get your crystals back.

I can see on that screenshot, the developers are saying, "One account is carried out with different IP addresses", that shows that you've shared your account. AS you said "My main account recently kept getting hacked, My crystals increased, drugs wasted!", if that actually happened to you, why didn't you contact tech support before, developers would of able to help you. Unfortunately we can not do anything about this, only tech support help@tankionline.com will be able to unblock your account. if developers can't Unblock your account, we can't do anything either.
