Dramatic Photo Every so often, it happens. Something striking and dramatic. For this contest, you will need to capture that moment, of tanks doing something cool, unusual, or funny. Be it outrageous flips, funky friendships, or calm quietness, you need to arrest the moment and portray it in photographic form. But be warned, tanker; this is not the Photo of the Day.
