As much as I'd like it to change as well, it won't. 5000 crystals per month is too steep of a sacrifice for anyone short of an M3 combo. We just don't earn enough for 5000 to be pocket change, like it is for high ranks. Respect for the noble effort, but I really doubt anything will change. Good luck.

Of course, it is written by the Administration - the only thing you can buy from Tanki is crystals, nothing else. PuntoSwitcher is a program for recognizing the difference between Russian and English words, typed in the opposite alphabet. English players have no need for the program, and most probably don't have it and never heard about it. So just ignore that part.
