Tanki Online has many diverse game modes, and today we will talk about the so-called "Parkour" mode. Actually the word "parkour" (l'art du déplacement - the art of movement) means being able to quickly and efficiently overcome obstacles in a given environment, using only your bodies and your surroundings to propel yourself. In Tanki Online, however, "parkour" usually refers to "conquering any given height" within a map - buildings and other high points and secret rooms. Yes, some maps contain secret rooms - hidden places on the map, which are only accessible with parkour. For classic parkour, players usually use the Dictator, Hornet, Railgun and Ricochet. For non-standard parkour, players use the Mammoth, Titan, Firebird, Isida, Freeze - the turrets with no recoil. Among the well-known "parkourists", we would like to pay special attention to (a.k.a ) and @uarabeymartirosyan - genius parkourists. Most of their tricks were performed on their alt accounts, which proves their professionalism once again. invented many ways of conquering heights - many people still use his techniques. Of course we must mention the team of independent parkourists - "Tanki Online Tutorials". The team is quite young, but they have released many guides on the subject. They film two different types of lessons - easy parkour (closed battles with other members of the team), and tactical parkour (public battles with regular players and games full of live obstacles and peril). Their tutorials are frequently published on the Russian News site, and will be published in our Newspaper as well. Now lets turn to the various methods of conquering maps. The first method is called "swinging" - it's very easy. A Dictator or Hornet climbs on another Dictator or Hornet (it's not important which). Now they move to the very edge of a map. When they are ready, the upper tank must drive forward and shoot backwards, while the lower one simultaneously shoots at the higher one, and then falls over the edge. (The lower tank doesn't have to drive) If you view the video below, you will get a better idea. The second method is called "mining". A mine is planted on the edge of a ramp/ledge (by the Hornet or a third tank). The Hornet climbs on top of a Dictator, which proceeds to drive on top of the mine, without dying (double armour). While the mine is exploding, the Hornet must accelerate. If needed, either the Dictator or Hornet may shoot (depending on the effect you want to achieve). These are the two basic methods. Aside from the aforementioned popular parkour, there is another style called "sync" - this consists of jumps off bridges and other ledges, performed by two or more tanks at the exact same time, shooting in the exact same direction. Well I see you got into reflections, but time to try something else :) While speaking of reflections, a few tips: lower the opacity, as reflections are never that saturated and clear. Also make the reflection fade into nothing, as it naturally would. Otherwise nice work, keep on learning, as we all are :)
