Please never type in bold red again. Ever. Looks like you could use some long range: Railgun, Thunder, Smoky And switch from Titan, it isn't good. Either use Viking for more speed, or Mammoth for more protection.

It's ok, better than people leaving out of boredom. Couple general pointers: Team up with 1 or 2 other people to help you organize it. Find a designer to make a nice layout. Stick to one time and date and don't change it. Get someone from the staff interested, that will add a lot of credibility
