Me too actually, when I saw it on the Russian social network. Was a bit disappointed, but this is still fun. There was no said time. The post clearly said after 3pm. Which could mean 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or two hours after the said time.

There is no "normal", there is only "like before", which may in fact be "not normal, but overpowered". If you had joined the game today, you wouldn't even know that drugs worked differently before, and you'd get accustomed to the currently gameplay, just like you will in a few months if you don't leave by then.

I assure you that the only player in the battle at the time of posting the link on facebook was the event organizer. The reason that some of the minutes were missing is because it takes time to plant a mine correctly.
