    [Issue 25] The Creative League

The Creative League is a group of talented and creative players of Tanki Online, unique in their style and engaging in various spheres of creativity - artistic, graphic, video-graphic, poetic/prose, modelling, game design, level design and much more. We have united with the goal of communicating, receiving constructive criticism of our creations from our "colleagues", publishing our work in a centralized manner to simplify the access, assessment and discussion for the rest of the players. So reads the short description on the page of the Creative League in the Creativity section of the Pub. But I'm sure many of you were interested in a little more details about the League - who we really are, how we came into being, what we do together, how we communicate or collaborate on projects, how to become a part of us, and other similar questions. Well here is your chance. We've been in the English community for nearly a year now (since August 2013), but never have we formally presented ourselves; so any questions that may have had arisen have remained unanswered, or even worse - partially answered by rumors, or falsely answered altogether. Who we are not We are not a group of Photoshoppers. I've come across so many comments and remarks about the Creative League being all about Photoshop. Similarly, people assume that our primary requirement for membership is superior skills in Photoshop. I do understand why this assumption exists. Photoshop is accessible to almost everyone, it has a relatively moderate learning curve, the working process is speedy, and the results are nearly instant. It is for these reasons and more that most artists know a thing or two about Photoshop. Since publishing such work is as easy as clicking a button, you have seen mostly Photoshop work, and will see a lot more. But that doesn't change the fact that Photoshop is only one tool of some of the Legionnaires. Many of us don't know anything about Photoshop whatsoever. Who we are In short we are... artists. Although commonly artists are associated with visual arts, art encompasses a multitude of activities: Visual Arts - drawing, painting, graphics, design, photography, video, sculpture, architecture. Performing Arts - music, singing, acting, dancing. Literature - writing, for the most part - poetry, novel, etc. Though we don't have any dancers in the League yet, I hope you see the point I'm trying to get across. We have photographers, 3D modelers, musicians, singers, writers, and a variety of other creative individuals who indulge solely in their form of creativity. Members of the League can be easily recognized by the unique paint they possess called Helios. You can read a little more about the paint in the History section of this article. The paint looks like this: What we do Like all "creative" people, we "create". Joining the League may be tough, but being in the League isn't easy either. Legionnaires are expected to regularly (and relatively frequently) produce their creative work and share it with the world. This is our Mission after all - to share our creativity with... you! Whether it's a piece of graphic art, a video, a poem, or a 3D model - you will always find something new and interesting popping up in our thread, and the threads of our Legionnaires. True, sometimes quality is sacrificed for sharing a raw idea or concept, but it all leads to a better end. Though we don't have an official mission statement (as far as I know), in my own words it would be something like: "To learn and to teach, to give and to receive constructive criticism, to enhance our talents and skills, and help our colleagues do the same, to share the vastness of our creative imagination with the rest of the world - that is our mission." Not so poetic with all the technical terms, but it fully expresses the meaning of our small collective. Our History The initial idea of the Creative League belongs to XERUVIM, and was originally realized by Darkpheonix. The foundation laid out for the creative community have since remained unshakeable, although the first attempt of creating such a project came to an unfortunate end. The topic was closed at Darkpheonix's request. The current Creative League topic was created on December 15th 2012 by Aleksei (@TRD-34), who decided, along with Denis (@Cu6uppckuu), to re-prioritize the unification of the creative community. Not many know how perilous was the path of establishing the League, how many trolls and envious players have attempted to harm the development of the creative corner in the expanse of the forum. Among the first to notice the potential of the creative league was a moderator of the "Your Creativity" section - @Mapro; thanks to her efforts, despite the remarks and distrust, the thread has expanded and grown strong. The name is all that remains of the old CL. On March 1st 2013 the CL topic was pinned in "Your Creativity". In 2013, the League underwent more developments, among which on the 13th of August with the 1.178 update all the Legionnaires received and unique and recognizable paint "Helios" (developed by , a member of the League). The work of the League was highly esteemed by the administration and developers of the game, and you will often find them on official social outlets of the project, such as Facebook (EN | DE), Twitter (EN | RU | DE), Instagram (EN | RU | DE), VK, the Tanki wiki page of course (hopefully the English one too soon), and others. On August 27th a subsidiary of the CL was openned in the English community, which was a huge step towards popularizing the creativity of Russian speaking players and collaborating with other communities. Not long after, on November 1st, the CL was introduced to the German community as well. All important decisions are made through discussion and general consensus, therefore the governing structure of the League can be compared to a parliamentary monarchy. We do not place age or rank requirements for joining the League, nevertheless becoming a member is quite difficult; one must create unique high-quality work and know how to communicate and recieve criticism. Since August 2013, due to a high number of applicants not meeting this criteria, recruitment has been closed. Membership is invite only. Generally Legionnaires browse the "Your Creativity" section, and if a player has caught our attention with their work, their candidacy will be put up for voting. If the results are positive, an invitation will be quick to follow. How to become a Legionnaire You don't need to know Photoshop. At all. You don't need to be better than all our members. Or half of them. Or any of them, for that matter. We look for creative players - ones with ideas and imagination, who are passionate about their art, and have a strong desire to learn and expand their skills. It's true that the quality of your work will directly affect whether you are accepted or not, but only because that accurately reflects what I said above - your desire to learn and you passion about art. A player who has sub-par art, but has significantly improved lately in his skills, and is coming up with new ideas is a lot more likely to become a Legionnaire than a great artist who hasn't done anything to challenge his skills for a while, and is just pumping out the same old thing. It all comes down to this: if you love your art, you will sooner or later have a place in the League, if you want it. You can check out the details of our application procedure on our application post. Hope to hear from you!

    Creative League

Announcement. 1. As you may have noticed, I have recently become the author of this topic (even though I've been the English representative for some time). I've been working on updating the League info, adapting the designs for our forum, and I'm pretty much done. If you have any suggestions/comments, feel free to tell me - I'm always listening ^_^ 2. @Shar0n, the previous representative, has left of his own free will - his time is limited, and since I'm here he will focus his time on his more pressing responsibilities. 3. @SonofDeath has been removed from the League by the administration for not being active, not posting any creative work in this thread or his own for almost four months. @o0kiv0o has been warned for the same reason. 4. @shadewarttt and have recently been voted into the League by the rest of the Legionnaires. As usual there will be a trial period of 30 days, during which they need to be posting their works in this thread to impress the rest of the Legionnaires. Would be nice if you posted in the Russian thread once in a while too. Welcome guys, hope to see some great work from you! Note to future applicants: Just joining the League doesn't guarantee your stay here. Remaining a Legionnaire is hard work, requires activity and dedication to your creativity.

Listen up everyone, after some discussion with the other judge I've decided to start accepting so-called Public Records. As you may remember, I've gotten numerous requests for records such as "Most flags captured" or "Highest battle fund". These records I was not able to credit to a single person, as it was not their achievement alone, nor to the entire team, since none of them knew of TWR anyway. So I'd simply discard those records. Well now there is a new section called "Public Records" for these exact records. They will not be credited to anyone, and will simply demonstrate amazing public achievements. I will not go back through this topic in search of previously submitted records, so if you were one of the submitters, please re-submit your record.

[Issue 25] The Base: Recording the proposal mission

Part 1 | Part 2 Archie clapped his hands together, and watched as the white dust cloud dissipated slowly into the air. Brushing the powder off his uniform, he glanced at the giant blackboard in front of him with pride. "Records" read the large title at the top of the board, decorated with as much graphic brilliance as drawing with chalk would allow. This little project of his was only a few months old, but scores of impressive achievements already adorned the columns therein. It was situated in a discrete corner of the Base, and yet it was never deserted. All the soldiers from around the camp would come once in a while to see any changes in the records, or even submit their own. The judging committee of the Records had dealt with a ton of submissions in the past. Some excellent, some... well... not so much. It was all good when the records were along the lines of "most paintball hits in 10 minutes", "most soldiers in one room", or "highest human pyramid". Unfortunately when records such as "most hours spent in solitary confinement" and "most suspensions received" started appearing, the committee would just die of laughter, or otherwise want to go hide in some hole. At one point even a couple Peacekeepers, Hamster and Fed, who were wearily eyeing the board from a ways off, had a discussion about these records: "I should have a record for most badges turned orange" Fed laughed. Hamster lifted an eyebrow and looked at his colleague. "That's only because I hide the original badges, and leave a single orange one. Looks more tidy." Fed put on a mock angry face and stared at Hamster. The other pretended not to notice. Meanwhile Goldilocks (probably called so due to his long blonde curls) and Archie watched this exchange with much amusement. It was rare for Peacekeepers to publicly confront each other, even if it was just for fun. Things became even more interesting when some genius mind submitted a so-called "parkour record", of most flips made jumping out of an airplane, before activating the parachute. Everyone knew that technically parkour was about conquering heights, but everyone called it parkour anyway. For days after the record was submitted, countless soldiers signed up for skydiving lessons just to see if they could beat the record. Some succeeded. But after a handful of broken arms and legs, fractured ribs and head injuries, the submissions stopped coming in. Good timing too, as no one could beat the latest record of 10 back flips (utilizing the recoil of a fully automatic machine gun for maximum spin effect) and a seamless landing. Pretty sure he was dizzy for the entire duration of the following week. Whether or not this daring genius was a member of the Flyparks was not certain at the time, but he may as well have been. The Flyparks, by the way, were the only parkour squad allowed at the Base, and for good reason. It was extremely hard to execute fancy maneuvers in battle, while being fully effective in the military aspect. Thousands of young enthusiastic soldiers dreamed of parkouring as their focus in battle, but only the best of the best became a part of the Flypark squad. William, the hardened leader and experienced parkourist (both in-tank and otherwise) had spent years building the foundation for the Flyparks' existence. He first demonstrated his skills in a foreign encampment across the mountains, and then convinced the authorities of the Base to allow him to create such a squad. And so far no one regretted this decision. Hundreds of soldiers found the enthusiasm and desire to excel in their duties, thanks to the example of the squad. But everyone has their worst moments, this squad included. As part of their engagement strategy, the Flyparks created a new project to allow soldiers from the entire Base to set assignments for the famed acrobats. The idea was great, but the initial attempt to complete such an assignment was less than smooth. "Using only the MMT3 hull and ISD3 turret, ascend to the highest building in the Base." William read aloud at a squad meeting. "That, my friends, is our first assignment." He folded the piece of paper and glanced up from face to face, studying the reactions of the members. Gobi didn't look concerned. "Shouldn't be hard, the watch tower isn't all that high, and we can maneuver any hull with decent skill." Will shook his head silently. Though he didn't want to discourage the squad, he knew this wouldn't be easy. The MMT3 hulls were nearly the heaviest in existence, and the ISD3 turret gave no recoil at all, which would make things very difficult. Not to mention that the watch tower was over 4 times the height of the MMT3. "We will do our best." he said at long length. Things went pretty much as he expected them to go. Building a high enough platform made solely of MMT3 hulls was hard in itself. When that was done, the entire tower moved, an inch at a time, towards the watch tower looming overhead. Slowly, twisting, turning, swaying side to side, the tower came to a halt. "Magane, I need you to drive back a couple inches, and accelerate on my mark." Will yelled across the noisy radio. "Roger that, boss." Magane yelled back. As the lower tank backed up, the entire tower swayed back after it, nearly falling over at one point. Will cringed, and Blake let out a gasp. Gobi just laughed. "Archie, are you ready?" Will broadcasted again. "Yeah, Will, I've got a good angle from here." Archie wasn't much into parkouring, but he was handy with a camera, and so when most serious assignments came along, he preferred to be behind the lens. "Go!" The leader's voice boomed across the headsets of the tankers. The tower twitched forward like a wave, throwing the front of the upper tank high into the air. It stood on its tail for a few seconds, and came crashing back down on top of the tower. Will wiped a bead of sweat off his eyebrow and smiled a little. But it wasn't over yet. Now the hull must be fully pushed onto the watch tower. Slowly it climbed, higher, higher. But then the inevitable happened. Magane's tanks started slipping sideways from the movement of the tower. "Magane, what's your status??" Will yelled again. "My tank can't hold the weight of the other four!" Magane shouted in frustration. "My tank is slipping too." Gobi pitched in helplessly. Will knew it was over. Though his tank was halfway up the tower, his engines didn't have the power to pull the tank up on their own. He needed the support of the others, and the others were falling. He tightened the belts around his chest, and braced himself for what would come next. Being inside a falling tank was no big deal, it happened all the time. The hull was specially reinforced, and if the tanker was strapped in, he would only feel the tremors and not get hurt. That fact didn't make it anymore pleasant. In a single moment the tanks came crashing down in one big pile of hardened steel and disappointment. But the Flyparks would never give up. That is, after all, why they were the elite. "Not to worry" Gobi chuckled, "we can easily do this with a WSP3". Everyone consented, and after cleaning up the mess, they gave it a second try; sure enough the lightweight hull easily ascended the guard tower, and Will grinned at the view around him with utmost pleasure. "Mission accomplished!" Somewhere in the distance a familiar voice could be heard yelling "Hell yeah!!" and everyone smiled when they heard it. Mia. The latest addition to the squad, a fiery and determined girl, brave as brave could be, and one to never take "no" for an answer. But that came along with some recklessness, and often Archie would find himself running to what he calculated to be her landing position. With rugged gracefulness she would land into his arms, look up into his eyes and giggle. Ah yes... Mia and Archie, a story of their own. Dating was always frowned upon by the Administration. Soldiers needed to be focused, to commit to their duties, to excel. And, well, love was just too much of a distraction. As far as the normal tankers, they were probably just jealous. Girls were few and far apart at the Base, especially ones with such a rich character. Insults and taunts became a daily event for the young couple, and as a result they were warned to be careful and keep their affairs to themselves, out of public eye. But the peak of it all came when months later Archie's proposal idea involved painting a graffiti on the front of the biggest building at the base, accompanied by blaring music and fireworks. The result was a shocked and delighted fiance, an abundance of congratulations from friends, more insults, taunts and curses from jealous people, followed by orange badges, warnings and solitary confinement. Quite the event that was, with a hundredfold increase of haters for the couple. But hey, they didn't care. They never did. In their spare time they would participate in the artistic endeavors of the so-called Creague. The Creague was an ancient initiative of several players from the Military Headquarters, namely an excellent artist called Teerdy. He decided to unite all the creative minds and form a group of people with the goal of creating beauty. Slowly but surely this idea spread to the Base as well, and not long after the Creague appeared here too. Archie, always the video guy and an aspiring artist, was quick to find his place in the Creague, and knowing the gibberish spoken at the Headquarters, he was quickly accepted. Like the Flyparks, the Creague was searching out elite artists who were really dedicated to their work. One such soldier named Shade soon came across their path. Shade was a sculptor of sorts, taking large chunks of clay, plaster or even limestone and carving out amazing models. But his favorite, as expected, was making tanks. He'd make them all shapes and sizes, with all manner of weapons, real and imaginary, full of detail and always with a perfect finish. His work was the talk of the camp. Archie, as curious as he was, decided that this was the next thing he would master. And so he set out looking for the right material to begin his carving mission. It wasn't hard to find limestone in the mountains surrounding the Base, and he soon returned with a sizable block of it. No tools? Not a problem. He found forks, knives, spoons - anything he thought could yield interesting results. Days passed, and Archie wasn't seen or heard of around the Base, except for the unceasing scratching and banging coming from his barracks. Though some knew what he was up to, no one knew what to expect. Some things Archie excelled in, and others he failed at miserably. But since this was related to art in some way, surely Archie would get the hang of it. Or would he? In the morning of the fourth day a small crowd of soldiers gathered around the entrance to his barracks, having heard that Archie will be presenting his masterpiece. They watched with bated breath as the handle turned, and the door slowly creaked open. From the darkness of the shadows came a slow and steady breathing, as a foot appeared in front of the door. Slowly, ever so slowly, Archie's figure appeared, inch by inch, revealed by the rising sun. Archie's hand was up in front of his face, sheltering his eyes from the bright light. Dark bags adorned the underside of his bloodshoot eyes; his hair resembled that of the famed theoretical physicist. But there was an aura of accomplishment about him, and a sense of completion. The crowd gasped as he pulled his second arm out from behind his back, and it was... a tank. A small lime-stone tank. One side of the tracks bigger than the other, with a large crack through the center of the hull. An entire half of the turret was chipped off, and any possible detail was hidden by the scratches covering the entire surface of the tank. Archie grinned. For a second there was silence in the crowd, but in an instant it turned into a jumble of laughter, exclamations, sighs of adoration (and disappointment), and, of course, applause. Archie didn't really care though, it was his work, he had put his heart and soul into it, and he was proud. Shade walked casually out of the crowd, and patted Archie on the back with a reassuring smile. "With time, my friend. With time." To be continued...

[Issue 25] Weddings in Tanki Online

Before you read the title, roll your eyes, and decide to walk away with feelings of disappointment, disapproval or disdain, let me tell you this article has nothing to do with online dating, relationships and all things related. The philosophy behind the aforementioned is extensive and complicated, not to mention that it varies from person to person, so let's just forget about it for now. In stead, I will be focusing solely on the role-playing aspect of Tanki Online. But in order to understand it better, let's define role-play. In psychology, roleplaying is simply "acting out or performing a particular role", and in gaming it's pretty much the same, with the primary goal of entertainment - not much else. While there are many online multiplayer role playing games, Tanki isn't one of them. In fact, Tanki has virtually no roleplaying whatsoever... Role playing kind of adds a new dimension to the game. Clans are a very basic type of roleplay, but since they are so systematized, you really lose the feel of it. Let's look at some other examples: You can play out actual historical battles and pretend to be certain empires or nations; direct the course of battle to replicate the strategy that may have been used. Create games-within-games, for example "protect the leader" where the whole team's responsibility is to protect one single tank, or race with other tanks. And why not get married and start a family? If you hang out with certain friends a lot, you play together, you go to rankups together - add a fun aspect and start a family. It will give you something new to think about, give you things to do, and you will definitely get attention from other players. Let's take a closer look at the practical aspect. If you enjoy roleplaying on your own or with just a few other people, you can also do things like dating, or a proposal. If not - if you like to roleplay publicly so everyone can partake of the experience - then you'd want to focus on just the proposal or the wedding event. Here's how I proposed publicly, and it was really fun. Dating Dating is... well... just spending time with someone doing something you both like, right? And you'd probably want to be alone, without a whole crowd of blood-thirsty players, that's why those of you who only role-play publicly should skip this part. Here are some ideas for what you could do: Yup, I tried them all out so it's tried and proven :P No guarantees that you enjoy the same things I do though. Play hide and go seek. As pathetic as it may sound, it's actually fun to go on a really big (and preferably unfamiliar) map, and take turns looking for the other player. Go find a picturesque landscape, sit there and just talk. Yes, it may not be different from any other chatting, but something about having a location and atmosphere makes it different. For the same reason you are dating in the first place - roleplay. Dance. What? In Tanki? Believe it or not the smaller more maneuverable hulls like Wasp can pull off some pretty fancy spins, and if timed with some music and your partner, you might actually be able to put some moves together. Dancing isn't for everyone, but then again... what is? Do parkour. Yes, you may be noob at it, but there's nothing like setting a goal and achieving it together. Draw things with mines or bullet holes - you can get really creative and draw interesting things... though it takes a lot of time and precision. Play with the same combos. I mean obviously players do this all the time, but it's always cool to turn around and see your twin protecting your back. Proposal Proposals always call for creative ideas, if you don't want to be like everyone else. Unfortunately there isn't much you can do in Tanki, but even so you can get pretty creative. If you decide to do this publicly, here's some ideas off the top of my head: Do a flash mob type proposal. Enter a seemingly normal battle with your soon to be fiance and start playing. In advance you've agreed with some players what you will be doing, just make sure news doesn't leak, so that it can be a surprise. You can do a parade, some dance, a display of special paints, a tower, or a simple lineup. At first your fiance might be confused at what's going on, but when you say the magic words I'm pretty sure their tank's mouth will be hanging agape... if it had one. You can do it alone of course, but then it's kinda a more quiet sweet one.. which is great of course if that's what you like. You can do a public post in the forum, it will also have quite some impact, but be sure you will get your share of trolls and haters. I settled for this type, and I'm pretty happy with the results. Wedding Like the real thing, a wedding in Tanki will take a lot of planning. You'll want to settle for a date, a time, a particular map. You'll want to think of the ceremony, whom to invite, who will be the officiant (if any), best man and maid of honor, who will take pictures and videos, etc. Not a small task, be sure. Generally most weddings I've seen follow the same plot: Usually a big map is chosen, which has a symmetrical layout for better looks. Stadium and Berlin are frequent choices, Dusseldorf is a great choice too. But hey, you don't have to pick those maps - pick an asymmetrical one, or at least one that people hardly play on - you will get points for originality and it will feel more special as well. All guests line up on either side of the walkway where the couple will pass on the way in and out. They can be wearing matching items and paints for maximum effect, as the whole thing will look so much more organized. The officiant can either lead the couple through the walkway to some platform, or he can already be waiting there for them. The couple can also be wearing matching paints, or black and white, or whatever you decide. No "norm" there as far as I've seen. The best man and maid of honor can be carrying the flags (as rings) to give to the couple after the ceremony. After the officiant finishes his speech and the couple says their vows and "kiss" (also open to interpretation), they can exchange flags [rings] and then walk back down through the walkway as the crowds cheer for them. If they are wearing Freeze/Firebird this looks even better. This is just the very basic layout of a regular Tanki wedding (which happens pretty often on the Russian side). The more creative you get, and the further you stray away from the usual, the higher chance you have of making something really special and cool, although you also risk ending up with a complete fail. Your call. If you're not the big wedding type, then just do a small one with you and your best man and maid of honor, maybe a couple close friends - whatever suits your fancy. An exotic beach wedding in Rio won't hurt anyone :D Here's a simple example of a wedding I found by some Russian guy: And from the entire English community I think the most iconic wedding ever was between two old staff members @FlipSquad and @MizARee Maybe you'll be the next player to surprise us all with a great wedding event! Looking forward to it ^_^

    [Issue 25] Parody

Hey Tankers, here's a fun idea I thought of for a contest, let's see how it goes. We all listen to songs that we like, but what if we changed the words to a Tanki theme? I'm sure we can come up with some hilarious parodies! 1. Pick a song you know well (if everyone else knows it, it will work in your favor). 2. Change the words to something to do with Tanki. 3. You must have a minimum of two verses and a chorus (with possible exceptions depending on the song). 4. You may only submit one entry. 5. You may change your entry as many times as you want, until the topic gets closed some time at the end of the month. 6. First three places will get 20 000, 15 000, and 10 000 crystals, respectively. [Issue 25] Leprotanki

(click to visit) It's no wonder that Tanki doesn't have many fansites. Almost all the resources and information about the game are provided already via the forum or the Tanki wiki, which is a good thing of course. But still there are a couple of fansites out there that are really interesting in their nature, and among those is one called Leprotanki. Contrary to some people's opinion (like my own at first), Leprotanki does not stand for Le Pro Tanki. Let's take a minute to discover the background of the name. There is a large Russian exclusive collective blog called Leprosorium (a special incubation area for individuals who carry Leprosy, reflecting the questionable nature of the humor of the blog, and the personalities that frequent it). The subtitle of the blog reads "a colony of Lepers". A collective blog means that all the users contribute somehow to its content. Exclusive means that membership is invite only, and you cannot just apply if you want. From what I gather, it is a online hub for Russian speaking celebrities, big and small alike, and rumor has it even Brad Pitt has an account, though I doubt he uses it much. Enough about Russian blogs, let's see what is so interesting about the site. Most of it contains what you would have expected on any other fansite, and nothing you can't find in the wiki. The main menu has the following items: Rating - the main page, containing the usernames of all the players entered into the system, and their rating. Garage - all the information about the garage items, with sub-menu items such as hulls, turrets, paints, passes, supplies, etc. Rank table - all the ranks in the game, points needed for that rank, bonus amount, and rank reward amount. A donator's handbook - the price of all garage items and the rank at which they are available. Museum - the stats and prices of garage items prior the re-balance. Hide guests - shows only players who are also member of Leprotanki, limiting the list from hundreds to a few dozen. The most interesting on the site, of course, is the home page - the one containing all the players and their rating. The first column is the username obviously, the second column displays the banner (and a link to the player's Leprosorium account, if he has one), the third column display the rank, and the last column displays the total experience points of the player, as well as how many points they earned in the last 24 hours. Each username is clickable, and takes you to that player's personal page which contains even more interesting data. Now you may know that Tanki's player database is confidential and isn't accessible by any site or service, including Leprotanki. So in stead it cleverly uses player's banners (which are public outputs of the player database) to harvest information once a day about the player's stats. On each user's page you will find the following items (note that the stats are calculated only after being added to the Lepro database. Leprotanki has no access to their history): Their registration date (on Lepro) The name of the user who added them to Lepro's database The most experience points earned in 24 hours (and the related date) Experience points remaining till next rank (and percentage) Estimated time remaining till next rank (judging by recent gameplay amount) A graph and table of experience point increase within the previous two weeks Dates of previously gained ranks Garage items Lepro's system of reaping information from your banner is pretty simple. Every day at about the same time as server restart occurs, Lepro records all the information on your banner, which is actually hardly any info at all - your current experience points, and your currently equipped items. From these two pieces of info, Lepro calculates everything I mentioned above. Since Lepro doesn't have access to the entire garage, it will only record what a player are wearing every night. So in order to display Zeus, for example, a player must leave it equipped during server restart (or at least 24 hours to be safe). And they would have to do that with every piece of equipment they want displayed on their Lepro page. So all in all this isn't something absolutely necessary, neither does it help you in the game. But it is pretty awesome to be able to show your coolest garage items, or your amazing ranking speed just from a single page. I don't actually know the requirements for being added into the database (aside from requesting it from a Leprotanki user), but my request to S-N-E-G (a Russian moderator and member of Leprotanki) was accepted with no question. I really like the concept of this fansite, and I'm thinking of contacting the administration to make an English version running parallel to it, which I could help out with of course. What do you guys think? Interested?
