I use fire m2, its still effective when i play with generalismos. But dont use it like freeze ;) Fire m1 at your rank is very good, so go for it if you like it.

Well hornet is perfect for both fire and rail, i would recommend not getting dictator/viking just save to upgrade your current combo. I myself use rail/fire with hornet

What turrets are you planning to use with Dictator/Viking

Isida m2 is good as well, but as you already have rail m1 it will be better, that's my opinion. You know better which turret suits your gameplay.
