Thanks for your assistance MarkNob. Even though the original image was PNG, imgur changed it to JPEG. I usually use tinypic. However, it was down on the day when I posted. I used tinypic and problem solved. :) Imgur automatically loads JPEG, due to image volume.

A few days ago I posted an image in POTD with a transparent background to show the rounded edges of the image. However, the transparent border, as you can see from the image below, is not transparent. I have tested this image on other formats just to see if it was the editor I was using, and the transparency works fine. So this bug is in the Tanki forum. Problem solved.
