No, current highest speed is like 10.0. The LAST one is not speed, it's the middle one. The last is how much degree you can rotate using that hull. Now, hornet M3 speed would be... like 9.00 or something like that, it suddenly jumped upto 93.7. And they say it ins't a small change. The speed increases by 10%, not a small change, sure...

Well, for isida, depends on which side you are hitting on turret, but that could be unfair for isidas, a freeze turns his turret to hit, because of front being stronger, basically isida will have a damage nerf. Same with freeze and firebird. Thunder is fine though.
