Well. There is a thing called protective paints. You can survive railgun M1 every time if you use a paint which has 10% protection or above from railgun. Though it can one shot you sometimes if you use forester. With tundra (30% protection from railgun) It is guaranteed you will survive M1 railgun shot, and even railgun M2 shots, but might get killed.

Add cons of ricochet. "Beware, the ricochets, just like other short ranged weapon, also runs out of charge. So you need to wait for it fill up to shoot. You can shoot even if it is not full, but you will run out of charge much quicker." Or something...

Wow, I also had it M2 at that rank until I got Railgun. I used it with titan.
