The first rebalance that took place on December of last year, caused the economy of Tanki to plummet due to the refunding of all players. Because of this, update 123 (x10 to all numerical values) was implemented to balance out the economy. If we have another refund, it is likely that the same thing should happen again, and this isn't the only problem with refunding all players. There are technical barriers that pose a problem as well.

Well I want to get titan m3 although I also have mammy m2, but titan looks ugly with everything apart from smoky, shaft and freeze... Its hideous with rico and isida :lol:

MU should be completed approximately 1 week after new physics is implemented. New physics is on the last stages of development and is almost ready for open/mass testing. Our wait is almost over ;)

Well, for such major updates, there won't be an exact date for them to be implemented since there may be unforeseen circumstances that occur whilst testing the new physics and MU's... According to their recent video blog, the new physics is almost ready for open/mass testing. If this goes well then it'll be implemented into the game :) Lets just wait and cross our fingers

Noone knows what the update will be, it could be a typical Server Maintenance or it could even be one of these Major updates. Just wait and see :)

The impact a bullet/projectile has on a hull, ie: recoil when an enemy's bullet causes to you miss whilst using a rail/smoky/thunder/shaft.

MU's? Well the parameters of each micro-upgrade is unknown as of yet so we don't know how those hulls will change. If you are talking about the chance that a MU will be successful, it will be 100% successful. If you wish to MU something, there will be no chance of failure.

All of those hulls will have an increase in speed compared to what the statistics show now. There will be other changes but noone knows all the details yet.
