A friend has opened an account. When she trys to link / enter her email address to the account, she gets, "Email is invalid". This happens on entering the 1st letter of the Email address - Why?

Hi OP - When you send an Email to Tanki - make it easy to read. Also - easy to understand. I found the Email you sent - hard to read - Sorry. Use double spacing. New sentence = new line. Keep it simple. Do not complicate by adding pointless info. Remember - maybe Tanki Help is - English speaking - hard working - Russian - and near the end of a long shift. Good luck :)

Yep the bug sometimes comes and goes. plse fix it tanki cos i wanna play tanki real good lots most of the time coz i love tanki. I tried reversing my mued turrent and pressing the up harrow but i still got many times killed. Am i doing it right or have i left something out i should have done a bit more.

Yep sometimes this happens 2 my nearly fully mued other tank. Is it a new bug cos i keep gettng killed alot of the time, which is a bit unfair having used plenty of crystals to so i dont get killed most times. Plse help me wat 2 do. If its the aim hack stroke vote them so they get banned. Do u have a screen shot 2 send 2 the mods?

Many players have had this problem recently. It comes and goes - you may find tomorrow that Tanki loads OK. The old solutions do not always work now. Suggest try the following:- 1. Next time you get the problem remember the tankionline server number. 2. Immediately do a tracert 3. The usual 5 of the tracert address - tracert c5.tankionline.com - should be replaced with your remembered server number. 4. Please post the tracert result here. OP When you have to prove that your account belongs to you, you will have a long list of questions about your account to answer. As long as all your other answers are OK - be honest and say when you think you registered the account. Tanki are real good at working out who an account really belongs to. Just make sure your account is linked to your email - see the topic about supplies for linking .

OK hish. The Firefox is ok The Java link is the scammy link - and should not be clicked.

The Java green "tool" link will take you to a page containing multiple links and offers to scan your PC. Do not click on this link - it maybe a security risk. It has been reported.

There have been a lot of players who have had recent problems loading Tanki. Can you do a tracert to the server / address, being used, when you get the problem? How often do you clean your cache? Try cleaning less often - please post any change as a result. Many of us find we have good and bad Tanki loading problem days recently - do you?
