Tankeh_Online We observe situation before Ban. Do you have a dictionary where sensitivity of individual is linked with him? Rules are made for & In general, not on individual's sensitivity. Practically think, your home / work space have some rules. Can you change guidelines of your school?

How to report? Well 2 easy ways comes in my Mind. 1. Check your server. Most of time servers have Mods. If No Mod available then try to switch 1 or 2 servers (If you have enough time). Simply Put Battle Link & say Power - Levelling on. Don't Flood it. 2. Come on Forum. At Home page you see online players. Drop PM to any of Forum Mod. Chat Mods rarely visit Forum. But, Forum Mods & Chat Mods are in contact with each other.

You can not go in all level of battles or battles which are full. But, Chat Mods have facility to spectate any battle. We try to check each suspected battle. While keeping eye on chat we keep switching battles to ensure every thing is fine on server. That's why I told you that try to get in contact with Mod on server or highlight your point in chat of suspected battle. Also, Only video proof is not enough to say it Power-Levelling. We have to take some more proofs. Power-Levelling & Sabotage are serious offences. So, strong proofs are required.
